Sakhalin is the first Turkish project by Russian restaurateur Boris Zarkov and brand chef Vladimir Mukhin.
It is located in Yalikavak Marina in Bodrum. Sakhalin boasts a great variety of seafood: seashells, crabs, shrimps, and fish and a breathtaking sea-view summer terrace. The head Chef of the project is Alexey Kogay and the Chef is Alexey Vershinin.
Sakhalin is the largest and definitely the most beautiful island in Russia. It is located in the Far East, between the Sea of Okhotsk and the Japan sea. The wild nature of the island is relatively unspoiled. The rivers and lakes of Sakhalin are full of fish and the harsh beauty of its landscapes with its hills, volcanos, waterfalls and black sands leaves you speechless. The seas surrounding the island are so generous and bountiful that you can almost catch crabs and collect sea urchins, scallops, and oysters with your bare hands. A delightful, inspiring place where the music of the seas and oceans comes to life... Just like in the Sakhalin restaurant in Bodrum!
Restaurant Sakhalin Bodrum
Local and Far Eastern products combined with Mediterranean and Asian recipes and cooking techniques have transformed into a new style of Mediterrasian cuisine. The heart of the restaurant is our raw bar with a glacier and aquarium where guests can choose seafood for dinner. Our dishes stand out for their unusual presentation, style, and superb quality of the products. In Sakhalin, gastronomy is turned into pure art.
Renowned architect Irina Glik, the founder of Geometry design studio, reimagined the corporate aesthetic of Sakhalin restaurant for its Bodrum branch. The result is an elegant and contemporary space, infused with artistic flair.
A highlight of the restaurant is its raw bar, where patrons can observe the seafood used in the kitchen and select it for their dining experience.
Elegant chic
The restaurant's see-through wine cellar and the stylish entrance bar present a unique combination for the interior of this Bodrum location.
Additionally, it features a terrace for smoking cigarettes and cigars, with year-round service.
