Sakhalin is the first Turkish project by Russian restaurateur Boris Zarkov and brand chef Vladimir Mukhin.
It is located in Yalikavak Marina in Bodrum. Sakhalin boasts a great variety of seafood: seashells, crabs, shrimps, and fish and a breathtaking sea-view summer terrace. The head Chef of the project is Alexey Kogay and the Chef is Alexey Vershinin.
Sakhalin is the largest and definitely the most beautiful island in Russia. It is located in the Far East, between the Sea of Okhotsk and the Japan sea. The wild nature of the island is relatively unspoiled. The rivers and lakes of Sakhalin are full of fish and the harsh beauty of its landscapes with its hills, volcanos, waterfalls and black sands leaves you speechless. The seas surrounding the island are so generous and bountiful that you can almost catch crabs and collect sea urchins, scallops, and oysters with your bare hands.
