Sakhalin - a restaurant that immerses you in a soothing sound of the seas and oceans
Sakhalin is the first Turkish project by the legendary White Rabbit Family restaurant alliance, founded by Russian restaurateur Boris Zarkov and brand chef Vladimir Mukhin.
It is located in Yalikavak Marina in Bodrum. Sakhalin boasts a great variety of seafood: seashells, crabs, shrimps, and fish and a breathtaking sea-view summer terrace. The head Chef of the project is Kirill Mamaev.
Sakhalin is the largest and definitely the most beautiful island in Russia. It is located in the Far East, between the Sea of Okhotsk and the Japan sea. The wild nature of the island is relatively unspoiled. The rivers and lakes of Sakhalin are full of fish and the harsh beauty of its landscapes with its hills, volcanos, waterfalls and black sands leaves you speechless. The seas surrounding the island are so generous and bountiful that you can almost catch crabs and collect sea urchins, scallops, and oysters with your bare hands. A delightful, inspiring place where the music of the seas and oceans comes to life... Just like in the Sakhalin restaurant in Bodrum!

Local and Far Eastern products combined with Mediterranean and Asian recipes and cooking techniques have transformed into a new style of MediterrAsian cuisine. The heart of the restaurant is our raw bar with a glacier and aquarium where guests can choose seafood for dinner. Our dishes stand out for their unusual presentation, style, and superb quality of the products. In Sakhalin, gastronomy is turned into pure art.
Architect Irina Glik and Geometry design studio have created a luxurious and elegant two-level 240 seats space. The interior is distinguished by the balance of nature and technology. Asymmetrical stone forms and technological kitchen islands are the key elements of the restaurant hall. Irina Glik says that in the new Sakhalin restaurant guests may feel as if they are on board a luxury sailing yacht. The composition of the restaurant is built around the bar, which is a large futuristic sculpture. The installation resembles a sea urchin, which gives a special relevance and artistry to the place.
